Mr. Kalanje is Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and works with the Open University of Tanzania (OUT) as a lecturer. He is also a Treasury of both, the Trade Union Congress of Tanzania (TUCTA) and the Researchers, Academician and Allied Workers Union (RAAWU).
He brings in required expertise in Financial Management and Investment.
